What is the Women’s Thealogical Institute (WTI)?
The Women’s Thealogical Institute (WTI) is a multidimensional school and seminary for women who wish to further their understanding of the Goddess, women’s spirituality, and/or women’s witchcraft. Being a part of WTI offers women the opportunity to learn, practice, and share their spiritual work with others on similar paths.

WTI Weekend Groups
Currently, weekend programs happen in Austin, Texas; Indianapolis, Indiana; Asheville, North Carolina; Madison, Wisconsin; and rotating cities in the western US. Women in the weekend program meet for 2 Advising weekends a year with their group to share their program work with others. WTI Weekend Groups are programs that require enrollment and may lead to certification and/or ministerial credentials.

WTI Online Program
All cycles of the Cella and Crone Programs are offered online and one may graduate from WTI through the Program. Online participants take part in regular training with their Advisor and become part of a learning and sharing online community. Currently WTI’s Athena Program is aligned with an online weekend group meeting twice a year.
Those interested in ordination and receiving ministerial credentials may take the first part of their training online, and will then need to transfer to a weekend group.

RCG-I Online Classes
RCG-I also offers online classes which are open to past and present WTI participants, RCG-I members, and the broader community of Goddess women. These classes offer a variety of teachings in 6 week sessions throughout the year. Credits may be applied towards WTI requirements. Witch’s Guide to Our Planetary Allies
An Intensive with Kimberly Williams
June 28, 29 & 30, 2024
Hosted by WTI Texas
The intensive will focus on the 7 traditional planets of Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter & Saturn. During the weekend, we will become familiar with the classical meanings of each to include sign rulership, primary urges, themes associated & historical mythologies.
Additionally, we will explore the mythologies of various goddesses who embody similar topics. Examples such as Hecate & Crone Goddesses as representatives for Saturn or Lady Fortuna as a manifestation of Jupiterian energy will be discussed.
Finally, a technique will be given as a means of connecting personally with each planetary energy. Expanding/retracting auras highlights the dynamic between Jupiter/Saturn. Simple games such as “telephone” can illustrate the energy behind Mercury. Working with the chalice & blade can also demonstrate the power of Venus/Mars.
Time will also be available for discussion of questions that participants bring forward. Activities requiring additional voices, such as trance & labyrinth walk, will receive additional assistance from members of the San Antonio RCG Circle as well.
Kimberly Williams is a professional astrologer with over 15 years experience living in San Antonio, TX with her cat companion Isa. She is a Cycle III participant in the WTI Guardian Program. Kimberly describes herself as a pagan, feminist astrologer committed to helping others move through patterns of conditioning. She believes astrology is a modality that teaches us to build deeper connections with our true, authentic selves.
