Throughout the ages people have sought comfort, transformation and connection with the Divine by gathering in circles and combining energy to achieve a desired outcome. We do this today, in many ways and many traditions, however, how do we achieve a logical and understandable system in which to create sacred space? How do we blend our energy to achieve our goals? Why connect with spirit? How does ritual fulfill basic needs?

If you have ever thought ‘I wonder why they did that,’ or ‘where is this going?’ or ‘what’s next?’ we invite you to come and take part in learning the building blocks of meaningful ritual and how they relate on personal, group and community levels in a structured and organized format. Along the way, you will experience how and why ritual is such a powerful form of association and magick, increasing your knowledge so ritual becomes more intentional and fulfilling, and understanding why this practical form of communication and community has lasted throughout the ages. Whether you are interested in facilitating group rituals or wish to better understand structure and energy for personal ritual, we invite you to take part in this eye opening weekend, designed for all who participate in or practice ritual, either personal or public.

Susan Grossman is a practiced public, Coven and personal ritualist in the Midwest Pagan Community, a Goddess Womyn, Cycle III student in the WTI program, and a respected teacher, who will share the passion and fulfillment of ritual through her years of service and practicee in her many communities.

Cosmology

We are very excited about having Jade River with us, who will be teaching a weekend of study and adventure in Cosmology. Whether you need Cella credits in Cosmology, you're hooked on Cella intensives or you want to spend a weekend in the northwest with "like-minded" sisters from other parts of the country -- or all of these -- we do hope you will join us! The intensive will be held at a retreat centre just outside of Seattle, an easy drive from Sea-Tac airport.

In order for us to plan ahead, could we please hear back from those seriously considering to attend. Please respond to this email address by November 15 -- sooner would be even better -- if you are fairly sure you will attend.

Cost for the retreat, which includes accommodations ( double room shared with one other person) plus 5 meals will be in the neighbourhood of $190 to $275 sliding scale. Pay what you can afford on this scale. Single sleeping accommodations are available at a slightly higher price. Exact details will be sent out shortly.
