Review Process for Intensive Proposals

Before a proposal can be submitted, a WTI group or an RCG circle must decide to sponsor an Intensive. Please review the Guidelines for Sponsoring a WTI Intensive to ensure that your group understands what is involved and so that you can comply with the guidelines.

Following is the process for reviewing Intensive Proposals:

• An RCG Circle or WTI group sends an Intensive Proposal to RCG-I/WTI. (A group may call the RCG-I/WTI office to see which topics/dates are currently available.) A written Intensive Proposal must confirm verbal proposals.

• Proposals will be considered as they are received. The postmark date, email date or the fax transmission date will prioritize proposals for the same date or topic. If two proposals are of equal merit, the Intensive will be given to the Intensive sponsor with the earliest postmark/fax transmission date.

• If more than one proposal for the same topic is submitted, priority will be give to Intensives facilitated by women with Mistress of Wicca /Mistress of Goddess Spirituality Certification from WTI or those currently enrolled in the WTI program. These individuals are marked on the WTI Faculty Roster with an asterisk (*).

• Plans for site, transportation, housing (for out of town participants) and access for women with mobility challenges will be reviewed.
