Rolling Philosopher Stones in my Shoe! Or Shamanic Healing Crystals

Having worked with Shamanic Stones and Crystals for years, it had not occurred to me to share my personal insights with others. Shamanic Stones are those with properties that best enhance the energetic and healing work associated with shamanism. Some believe the first role of shamanism on this and other planes is self-healing and then the role progresses to healing others. Stones and Crystals have amazing abilities that help us unearth and delve into our healing process.

One true tidbit I believe about Stones is - for each person Stones work differently. Just as each person’s experience of energy is unique, so is our connection to Stones. It is not enough to find a book source for a Stone or Crystal aspect and believe it will work the same all the time for everyone.

Shamanic Stones can enhance basic efforts such as opening to spirit guides, delving deep in dream work or clearing personal energy fields. These Stones can also grow with us to aid in advanced work such as dimensional jumps, past/future life insights, channeling connections or regional and distant energy clearing.

Some Stones have been with me for decades. For instance, I used one initially for learning more about myself or healing deeply hidden issues; set it aside for years, then picked it up again for a totally different reason after my abilities developed.

I suggest that you consider finding any of these nine Stones, considering their common aspects, and see if one or two them will work for your current needs:

Apatite, blue – an opaque light bluish white crystal connects to a very high level of spiritual guidance and is an amazing Stone of manifestation.

Fuchsite – a flakey metallic green Stone channels information about herbal treatments and holistic remedies. It aids elimination of any servitude issues from past or present lives.

Kyanite – a deep blue Crystal has many properties. It helps connect with spirit guides; aids access to all awareness levels; facilitates ascension process by drawing light body down into physical realm and connecting higher mind to highest frequencies.

Labradorite (aka Spectrolite) – this dark Stone has prism-like color reflections throughout. It brings greater awareness of cosmic forces plus is good for area clearing and regional energy calming.

Moldavite – a glassy dark green meteoric Crystal has un-Earthly properties. It allows experience of higher, finer energies and vast spiritual dimensions; gives glimpses of human spiritual potential; plus it enhances clairvoyance and communication between worlds.

Tanzanite – a light blue Stone (appears similar to Apatite) has a higher vibration, good for deep meditation and linking to both angelic realms and spirit guides; enhances psychic abilities and mental sight; stimulates clairaudience and clear communication of experiences, hence it is good for channeling. It can help with understanding the unimagined wonders of other planes.

Tsavorite – a green Garnet with variable green colors enhances the ability to channel; helps produce visions during meditation; improves psychic communication and telepathic connection.

Unakite – a green and pink Stone helps past life healing and the re-birthing process; helps to see and release past problems that may be holding us back spiritually. It aids seeing visions in meditation as well as psychically.

Wulfenite – a yellow multifaceted Crystal assists connection to higher beings or to higher self; aids travel from physical to psychic and astral planes with more ease and speed. It promotes contact with the spiritual world.

Hundreds of ways exist to engage with the energy of these Stones. Most may know how to personally resonate and select the one we wish to work with and carry it with us. We add it to our pouch or place it in our pocket; Trance or meditate with it by staring into the depth of its center; Place it on our body or hold it in our hand as we journey.

We can develop relationships with our Stones or Crystals in a similar way we do with friends and mentors.

More advanced workers connect through meditation or just being with a Stone or Crystal to listen to messages embedded within. We use them to transfer channeled knowledge thru trance, dream or auto-writing; Infuse them with our own messages for others; Use them as an energy boost or bounce point when jumping dimensions.

Stones will let us know if they do not want to work with us. They lose themselves in transport, cut or pinch us when being handled or instill other energies to move us away. For a time, I searched for months with the intent of working with a specific Crystal I had, before seeing it on a shelf. (I know I had looked there before). Each time I approached it, I promptly forgot what I was searching for or was distracted by something across the room until I got the message clearly. Only when I knew better than to work with THAT Stone could I pick it up and put it away.

Enjoy these Stones and others that call to you. Cherish their beauty, knowledge and abilities. Grow with them and thank them when they have moved on to work with others.
