RCG-I Events: Hallows Gathering

Celebrate the Magic of Hallows!

She calls for us to assemble. She calls her daughters home. When the veil between the worlds is the thinnest, as we walk the labyrinth She reaches out to us to share her wisdom and keep Her promises. For generations women have gathered at Hallows for celebrations, renewal and community. We invite you to join other witches from around the world for a weekend of stimulating discussion, workshops, self-discovery and sacred celebration. We will bring alive our past, honor our present and create our future.

Meals and Food: Vegetarian meals will be served. There will be a meat option on Saturday evening. Snacks will be available between meals. There will be no dinner served on Friday.

Location and Transportation: The Gathering will be held in Wisconsin Dells, WI, approximately 1 hour north of Madison. A map and further information will be mailed when your registration is confirmed. Transportation to the Gathering is the responsibility of each participant.

Lodging: The Gathering is being held at a camp which includes a lodge and communal cabins. The cabins have beds with mattresses, indoor plumbing (including hot showers) and are heated. You will be sharing a large room with other women.

If you prefer a private place to busy dorm life there are many motels and a B & B in close proximity to the Camp. If you would like information in these please indicate that on your registration. There will be no reduction in fees for those staying off site.

Date and Time: Cabin check-in will begin at 6pm on Friday. Opening ritual begins at 7:30 pm. Activities end at 2pm on Sunday. with cabin clean up until 3pm. All participants must leave camp by 3pm on Sunday.

Women’s Market: Artists & Craftswomen will offer their products/services for sale. If you would like to participate as a merchant, please let us know.

Registration fee is $160-$180 depending upon when you register. See chart below. Register by paying the whole fee or with a $75 non-refundable deposit and pay the remainder at the door. You must register in advance. There will be no on-site registration.
